Dispute & Chargeback Policy

Customers must contact Customer Service (aureoncontact@gmail.com / 0949942222) before filing disputes with their bank.

We provide proof of delivery (tracking number, signed receipt, invoice) to card issuers.

If tracking confirms “delivered,” disputes claiming “item not received” are invalid.

Defective or incorrect items → refund or replacement offered.

Aureon Limited is not responsible and will not issue refunds for disputes caused by customer errors, including incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, inaccurate contact details, or fraudulent behavior.
