Refund and Returns Policy

Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers bear return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges for size/color available if stock permits.

No refunds/returns for: sale items, clearance, gift cards, or custom orders.

Manufacturing defects are eligible for refund/exchange; minor variations in color/size are not considered defects.

No refunds in the following cases:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Customer refusal to accept delivery.

Fraudulent activity or abuse of return/refund policy.

Transactions deemed invalid or fraudulent by banks or payment providers.
