Delivery times:

Domestic Vietnam: 2–5 days.

International: 7–21 days (via DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS).

Tracking numbers provided for all orders.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete addresses.

Orders undeliverable due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or refused deliveries will not be refunded.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.
